Falles is a traditional celebration in Valencia, Spain, where large paper-mache sculptures are displayed throughout the city and burned on the final night. The festival also includes parades, fireworks, and traditional music.

Each neighborhood in Valencia creates their own sculpture, known as a falla, which typically satirizes political figures and current events. The sculptures can reach up to 20 meters in height and are meticulously crafted over the course of the year.

The festival culminates on March 19th, the Feast of Saint Joseph, when the fallas are set on fire in a spectacular display of flames and fireworks. This tradition dates back to the 18th century and continues to be a beloved cultural event in Valencia.
